Item Delivery & Returns
Rental Plan Members
All postage for game rentals is included in the monthly fee, reply paid envelopes are included with each game rental for the return of the game.
GetGaming uses Australia post for all its postage requirments, depending on your location and on circumstances that may be beyond our control delivery times may vary.
Generally, you can expect to receive your game rental within 3 business days.
GetGaming Online Item Purchases
GetGaming charges a $6.50 postage fee Australia wide for all game purchase and $15.00 for all Console and large accessory purchases such as Guitar Packs. You will only ever be charged one fee regardless of quantity per order.
All items purchased are sent via Registered post, generally you can expect to receive your purchase within 3 business days after the placement of the order, if there is going to be a delay on sending your purchased item(s) due to any reason, a GetGaming representative will contact you to discuss your options. Which may include but is not limited to a full item refund.
GetGaming will notify you by email when the purchase has been sent, a tracking number will be included on the email which can be used to track your order with Australia Post.
GetGaming Refunds
Rental plan members
Upon rental subsciption termination, future billings will cease, however GetGaming does not give pro-rated refunds if cancellation is initiated during the middle of a billing cycle.
GetGaming Online Item Purchases
GetGaming does not offer refunds for 'change of mind' reasons.
GetGaming will offer a full refund options for the following conditions;
1. Items varies from that on the website or
2. Items is received damaged
All return postage for any item purchases is at the buyers expense.
A claim for any refund will not be accepted if received more than 5 days after the purchase date on the Tax Invoice.
